QINV Onchain

Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 25, 2026Legal Entity: QINV AI ON-CHAIN LLC

Important Notice

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QINV Onchain, including any website, interface, application, dashboard, documentation, APIs, smart-contract interaction tools, analytics, community or governance features, and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

Digital assets, decentralized finance, smart contracts, AI-generated allocation signals, tokenized index products, and blockchain transactions involve significant risk. You may lose some or all of the value of the digital assets you use. QINV does not guarantee investment performance, liquidity, availability, uninterrupted access, token value, redemption outcomes, regulatory treatment, tax treatment, or the success of any strategy.

These Terms are not an offering document, prospectus, private placement memorandum, whitepaper, investment advisory agreement, fund agreement, or regulated disclosure document. If any product-specific disclosure, offering document, risk disclosure, fee schedule, smart contract documentation, jurisdiction-specific terms, or written agreement approved by QINV conflicts with these Terms, the more specific document will control for the relevant product, transaction, or jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Services, connecting a wallet, viewing information made available through the Services, submitting a transaction, minting, burning, holding, redeeming, staking, voting, or otherwise interacting with any QINV-related smart contract or token, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, fund, DAO, trust, partnership, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • "QINV," "Company," "we," "us," or "our" means QINV AI ON-CHAIN LLC and, where applicable, its affiliates, service providers, contributors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and authorized representatives.
  • "QINV Onchain" means the Web3 product, protocol interface, and related technology made available by or on behalf of QINV for interacting with digital asset index products, smart contracts, dashboards, APIs, AI-generated portfolio signals, and related tools.
  • "Digital Assets" means crypto assets, tokens, stablecoins, protocol assets, governance tokens, wrapped tokens, or other blockchain-based assets.
  • "Wallet" means a non-custodial or custodial blockchain wallet, account, address, smart account, multisignature wallet, or other blockchain address that you use to interact with the Services.
  • "Smart Contracts" means blockchain-based software programs, contracts, vaults, token contracts, routers, modules, hooks, or other on-chain components that may be used in connection with the Services.
  • "QIndex" or "QIndex Token" means any QINV-related ERC-20 or other tokenized index product that is designed to reflect exposure to, or participation in, a basket of Digital Assets, subject to applicable product documentation.
  • "AI Signals" means portfolio allocation, rebalancing, risk-management, or other data-driven outputs generated by QINV models, algorithms, systems, or research processes.
  • "Third-Party Services" means any service, protocol, wallet, blockchain, bridge, oracle, indexer, exchange, DEX, liquidity source, aggregator, RPC provider, analytics provider, custody provider, identity provider, payment provider, or other third-party product not owned or controlled by QINV.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted through the Website or another reasonable channel, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. However, because blockchain systems and DeFi markets evolve quickly, you are responsible for reviewing these Terms and applicable product documentation regularly.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you satisfy all of the following requirements:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You are not located in, organized under the laws of, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Services from any jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited, restricted, or would require QINV to obtain a license, registration, approval, or authorization that it has not obtained.
  • You are not subject to sanctions, listed on any sanctions list, owned or controlled by a sanctioned person, or otherwise prohibited from using the Services under applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, export-control, or similar laws.
  • You will not use the Services with funds, Digital Assets, or proceeds derived from illegal activity.
  • You are not using the Services on behalf of any person or entity that is not eligible to use them.
  • You have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the risks of blockchain transactions, Digital Assets, self-custody, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols.

We may restrict access to the Services, block wallet addresses, require compliance checks, request information, or refuse access where we believe it is necessary to comply with law, protect the Services, protect users, or manage legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

5. Nature of the Services

QINV Onchain is intended to provide technology, information, interfaces, and related tools for accessing AI-assisted and rules-based digital asset strategies. Depending on availability and jurisdiction, the Services may include:

  • website and application interfaces;
  • smart-contract interaction tools;
  • portfolio, index, NAV, fee, and performance dashboards;
  • minting, burning, redeeming, or viewing QIndex Tokens;
  • AI-generated allocation and rebalancing signals;
  • analytics and educational content;
  • governance, voting, staking, or community features;
  • documentation, APIs, and integrations with Third-Party Services.

The Services may change over time. Certain features may be experimental, beta, limited, unavailable, paused, permissioned, geographically restricted, or subject to additional terms.

6. No Custody; Wallet Responsibility

QINV does not control your private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, hardware wallets, multisignature approvals, or signing devices. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Wallet and all authentication credentials.

QINV cannot recover lost private keys, reverse mistaken transfers, restore access to an unavailable Wallet, cancel blockchain transactions, or return Digital Assets sent to the wrong address. Blockchain transactions are generally final and irreversible once submitted.

When you interact with Smart Contracts, including to mint or burn QIndex Tokens, Digital Assets may be transferred from your Wallet to Smart Contracts, liquidity pools, vaults, routers, or other blockchain addresses. Those assets will be governed by the applicable Smart Contract logic and third-party protocol rules. QINV does not guarantee that any Smart Contract, bridge, protocol, oracle, liquidity source, or blockchain will operate as expected.

7. QIndex Tokens and Product-Specific Terms

A QIndex Token may be designed to represent exposure to, or participation in, a dynamically rebalanced basket of Digital Assets. The composition, methodology, fees, redemption mechanics, and other features of each QIndex Token will be described in applicable product documentation and/or encoded in relevant Smart Contracts.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • QIndex Tokens may increase or decrease in value and may become illiquid, difficult to redeem, or worthless.
  • QIndex Tokens are not bank deposits, savings accounts, insured products, or risk-free instruments.
  • QIndex Tokens are not insured by any deposit insurance, investor protection scheme, or government program unless expressly stated in an applicable product document.
  • QIndex Tokens, governance tokens, staking features, revenue-sharing features, or other Digital Assets may be treated as securities, commodities, derivatives, collective investment products, fund interests, electronic money, virtual assets, or other regulated instruments in certain jurisdictions.
  • Product availability may depend on your jurisdiction, investor status, wallet screening, KYC/AML review, regulatory approvals, offering exemptions, or other compliance requirements.
  • Any approved offering memorandum, subscription agreement, product disclosure, risk disclosure, whitepaper addendum, jurisdiction-specific disclosure, or other written product agreement will control over these Terms for the relevant product.

You must not acquire, hold, sell, transfer, stake, vote, mint, burn, redeem, or otherwise interact with any QINV-related token if doing so would violate applicable law.

8. AI Signals and Rebalancing

QINV may use proprietary algorithms, machine learning models, quantitative models, rules-based systems, research processes, or other data-driven tools to generate AI Signals. AI Signals may be used to inform portfolio allocation, eligible asset selection, rebalancing, risk controls, or other strategy parameters.

AI Signals are not guarantees. They may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, overfit, biased, corrupted by inaccurate data, affected by market conditions, or unable to respond to extreme events. Historical data, backtests, simulations, prior performance, research results, or live track records do not guarantee future results.

Rebalancing may occur on a scheduled basis, through authorized operators, multisignature wallets, governance decisions, automated Smart Contracts, DEXs, aggregators, hooks, or other mechanisms described in product documentation. Rebalancing may be delayed, modified, failed, partially executed, paused, or cancelled due to market volatility, liquidity conditions, slippage, oracle issues, network congestion, gas costs, regulatory requirements, security concerns, governance decisions, or other factors.

9. No Financial, Investment, Legal, Accounting, or Tax Advice

The Services are provided for informational, technological, and self-directed use. Nothing on the Website, in the Services, in any dashboard, in any AI Signal, in any community channel, or in any communication from QINV is intended as personalized investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, mint, burn, redeem, borrow, lend, or otherwise transact in any Digital Asset.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any transaction, product, strategy, or Digital Asset is appropriate for you, based on your objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, jurisdiction, tax position, and independent professional advice.

10. Risk Disclosures

Use of the Services involves substantial risk. You should carefully consider the risks before using the Services, including the following:

  • Digital Asset market risk. Digital Assets are highly volatile and may lose significant value quickly.
  • Total loss risk. You may lose all Digital Assets used in connection with the Services.
  • Liquidity risk. Liquidity may disappear, making minting, burning, redemption, swapping, or exiting a position impossible or economically unfavorable.
  • Smart contract risk. Smart Contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, faulty logic, upgrade risks, governance risks, or exploitable design flaws, even if audited.
  • Oracle and data risk. NAV calculations, prices, portfolio data, analytics, and rebalancing may rely on oracles, indexers, subgraphs, APIs, or data sources that may be inaccurate, manipulated, delayed, unavailable, or compromised.
  • AI and model risk. AI Signals may perform poorly, fail to generalize, react slowly, amplify market risk, or produce unexpected outputs.
  • Execution risk. Swaps or rebalances may suffer slippage, failed execution, partial execution, MEV, front-running, sandwich attacks, liquidity fragmentation, routing errors, or high gas costs.
  • Blockchain risk. Networks may experience congestion, forks, outages, validator failures, governance attacks, censorship, replay issues, chain reorganizations, or other technical failures.
  • Bridge and wrapped asset risk. Bridges and wrapped assets may be hacked, depegged, frozen, or fail to redeem.
  • Stablecoin risk. Stablecoins may lose their peg, be frozen, become illiquid, or fail due to issuer, collateral, regulatory, or market events.
  • Custody and key management risk. Loss or compromise of your private keys, seed phrase, device, Wallet, or approvals may result in permanent loss.
  • Approval risk. Token approvals or permissions may permit Smart Contracts or third parties to access Digital Assets in your Wallet.
  • Third-party risk. QINV may rely on Third-Party Services that fail, change, become unavailable, or act maliciously.
  • Regulatory risk. Laws and regulations may change or be interpreted in ways that restrict, prohibit, tax, or otherwise affect the Services, Digital Assets, QIndex Tokens, or your ability to use them.
  • Governance risk. DAO or governance decisions may alter fees, risk parameters, asset lists, strategies, contracts, or protocol behavior.
  • Cybersecurity risk. Websites, wallets, devices, frontends, DNS records, APIs, RPC providers, and third-party integrations may be attacked, spoofed, or compromised.
  • Tax risk. Transactions may create tax obligations, reporting duties, or adverse tax consequences.

This list is not exhaustive. You should not use the Services unless you understand and accept these risks.

11. Fees, Gas, and Expenses

The Services may involve fees, costs, or expenses, including:

  • management fees;
  • performance fees;
  • minting, burning, entry, exit, redemption, streaming, or protocol fees;
  • swap, liquidity, aggregator, routing, or third-party fees;
  • gas fees and network costs;
  • custody, banking, fiat on-ramp, off-ramp, or payment provider fees where applicable;
  • taxes, duties, withholding, or other governmental charges.

Fees may be disclosed through the Website, product documentation, Smart Contract code, transaction previews, fee schedules, offering documents, or other notices. Some fees may be collected automatically by Smart Contracts and may not be refundable. Gas fees and blockchain network costs are paid to network validators or other third parties, not to QINV, and QINV cannot refund them.

If a fee schedule includes specific rates, those rates should be reviewed in the then-current product documentation. Any examples shown on the Website or in marketing materials are for illustration only unless expressly incorporated into the applicable product terms.

12. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying all tax obligations arising from your use of the Services, including taxes related to acquisitions, sales, swaps, redemptions, staking, rewards, governance, airdrops, forks, income, gains, losses, withholding, reporting, or other taxable events.

QINV does not provide tax advice and does not guarantee that any tax information made available through the Services is complete or accurate for your circumstances.

13. Compliance, Screening, and Restricted Access

We may implement compliance controls, including wallet screening, sanctions screening, geolocation controls, IP address review, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, fraud checks, identity verification, source-of-funds review, KYC/KYB, accreditation or investor eligibility checks, and other controls.

You agree to provide accurate information when requested and to update it promptly if it changes. You must not use VPNs, proxies, relays, false information, shell entities, straw persons, mixers, tumblers, chain-hopping, privacy tools, or other methods to evade compliance controls or conceal your location, identity, source of funds, or transaction history.

We may deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services, or decline to support a transaction, if we believe that doing so is required or advisable for legal, compliance, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or risk-management reasons. In some circumstances, we may be legally required to freeze, reject, block, report, or not process certain transactions or assets.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not assist any third party to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions program, court order, or contractual obligation;
  • use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, theft, ransomware, hacking, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, illegal gambling, or other unlawful activity;
  • access the Services from a restricted jurisdiction or on behalf of a restricted person;
  • interfere with, disrupt, overload, exploit, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, Smart Contracts, APIs, infrastructure, data, or other users' Wallets;
  • exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, oracle failures, pricing errors, data errors, or unintended protocol behavior;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • impersonate QINV, its team members, affiliates, partners, users, or other persons;
  • use bots, scripts, scraping, crawlers, or automated systems in a manner that violates these Terms or harms the Services;
  • reverse engineer proprietary software, models, interfaces, or systems except where legally permitted;
  • infringe QINV intellectual property or misuse QINV names, logos, marks, or branding;
  • transmit malware, phishing links, malicious code, or harmful content;
  • engage in harassment, abusive conduct, spam, or other misconduct in QINV community channels.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, analytics providers, or affected parties where appropriate.

15. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or link to Third-Party Services, including wallets, blockchains, bridges, DEXs, aggregators, liquidity pools, oracles, RPC providers, indexers, analytics providers, payment processors, fiat on-ramps, off-ramps, custodians, identity providers, or external websites.

QINV does not control Third-Party Services and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, availability, accuracy, fees, security, policies, performance, or losses caused by them. Your use of Third-Party Services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, fees, and risks.

16. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wallet, devices, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, hardware wallets, browser extensions, approvals, and communication channels. You should independently verify transaction details, contract addresses, token symbols, website URLs, DNS records, and announcements before signing any transaction.

QINV will never ask you for your seed phrase or private key. You should not rely on social media messages, direct messages, search ads, or third-party websites claiming to represent QINV unless verified through official channels.

17. Intellectual Property

The Services, Website, software, interfaces, dashboards, documentation, content, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, graphics, data compilations, analytics, models, methodologies, and other materials made available by QINV are owned by QINV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, QINV grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by QINV or applicable law.

No rights are granted to use QINV names, logos, marks, or branding without prior written permission.

18. User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, comments, ideas, proposals, or other content to QINV, you grant QINV a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from that content for any lawful purpose, without compensation to you.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

19. Privacy and On-Chain Data

Your use of the Services is subject to the QINV Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how QINV may collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information.

Blockchain transactions are public, permanent, and not controlled by QINV. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, approvals, Smart Contract interactions, and related data may be visible to anyone and may be analyzed by third parties. QINV cannot delete, modify, or make private information that is recorded on a public blockchain.

20. Availability, Modifications, and Suspension

QINV may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or terminate all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, legal requirements, market conditions, oracle issues, third-party failures, governance decisions, or business reasons.

Certain Smart Contracts may be autonomous, immutable, upgradeable only through governance, controlled by multisignature wallets, or operated by third parties. QINV may not be able to modify, pause, reverse, or disable such Smart Contracts, even if the Website or QINV-controlled interface is unavailable.

21. Beta Features and Forward-Looking Statements

Some Services may be released as alpha, beta, pilot, experimental, testnet, limited, or early-access features. Such features may be unstable, incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or discontinued at any time.

Statements about future features, token launches, governance, integrations, audits, roadmap milestones, legal structures, regulatory pathways, markets, performance, or business plans are forward-looking and are not guarantees. Actual outcomes may differ materially.

22. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

QINV disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, reliability, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, expected performance, regulatory compliance for your jurisdiction, and suitability for your needs.

QINV does not warrant that:

  • the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • any data, NAV, price, portfolio composition, fee calculation, or analytics will be accurate or current;
  • any Smart Contract or Third-Party Service will operate as intended;
  • any transaction will be executed, confirmed, reversed, or completed;
  • any Digital Asset or QIndex Token will maintain value, liquidity, or tradability;
  • any strategy will achieve profit, outperform a benchmark, avoid losses, or meet your objectives.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QINV and its affiliates, contributors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunities, loss of Digital Assets, loss of data, loss of goodwill, trading losses, tax consequences, or cost of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QINV's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees actually paid by you directly to QINV for use of the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, QINV's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QINV and its affiliates, contributors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the Services;
  • your Wallet, transactions, Digital Assets, or Smart Contract interactions;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of law or third-party rights;
  • information or content you provide;
  • your tax, regulatory, or reporting obligations;
  • your negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or misuse of the Services.

25. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services or QINV-controlled interfaces at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or caused potential legal, security, operational, or reputational harm.

Termination of your access to the Website or QINV-controlled interfaces may not affect your ability to interact directly with public blockchains or autonomous Smart Contracts, but QINV has no obligation to support such interactions.

Sections intended to survive termination will survive, including sections relating to risk disclosures, fees, taxes, compliance, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous terms.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Miami, FL, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by Florida court.

Where permitted by law, you and QINV agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Any class action waiver, arbitration clause, jury trial waiver, limitation period, or venue selection should be reviewed by counsel for enforceability in the applicable jurisdiction before publication.

27. Notices and Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically, including through the Website, email, dashboards, wallet messages, community channels, or other electronic means. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

Notices to QINV should be sent to: contact@qinv.io

28. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific terms, fee schedules, risk disclosures, privacy policy, and written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and QINV regarding the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. QINV's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without QINV's prior written consent. QINV may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, corporate reorganization, change of control, or by operation of law.

QINV will not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including market disruption, network failure, blockchain congestion, cyberattack, smart contract failure, oracle failure, third-party failure, natural disaster, war, terrorism, labor dispute, government action, legal change, or internet outage.

The English version of these Terms controls over any translation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

29. Management Fee

Management Fee. QINV charges a management fee equal to 5% per annum of the assets under management ("AUM") associated with the applicable QIndex Token, strategy, vault, portfolio, or Smart Contract. The management fee is annualized and is calculated and accrued on a daily basis, using a daily rate equal to 1/365 of 5% applied to the applicable daily AUM, net asset value, portfolio value, or other calculation base specified in the relevant product documentation or Smart Contract.

The management fee may be deducted, streamed, accrued, reflected in the token price, reflected in the net asset value, collected by Smart Contract, or otherwise charged through the mechanism described in the applicable product documentation, Website disclosures, transaction interface, or Smart Contract code. For clarity, the management fee is not 5% per day; it is a 5% annual fee calculated and reflected daily.

The management fee is separate from, and may be charged in addition to, gas fees, network fees, swap fees, liquidity provider fees, protocol fees, entry fees, exit fees, redemption fees, performance fees, taxes, and other third-party or transaction-related costs. Management fees may be non-refundable once accrued or collected.

30. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact QINV at:

Schedule A — QIndex Product Terms

This Schedule applies to QIndex Tokens and related features, to the extent available through the Services.

  1. Token mechanics. QIndex Tokens may be minted, burned, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise used according to applicable Smart Contract logic and product documentation. Minting may require depositing supported Digital Assets, and burning may result in the return of supported Digital Assets, subject to fees, liquidity, slippage, contract rules, and market conditions.
  2. NAV and basket composition. Any NAV, exchange rate, basket composition, allocation, performance number, or related data may depend on Smart Contracts, oracle data, indexers, analytics providers, pricing sources, liquidity sources, and methodology assumptions. QINV does not guarantee that any displayed NAV or data will equal the value you receive in a transaction.
  3. Underlying assets. The assets held, tracked, or referenced by a QIndex Token may change over time due to AI Signals, methodology updates, risk controls, rebalancing, governance, liquidity constraints, regulatory restrictions, or other factors.
  4. Rebalancing. Rebalancing may be performed by Smart Contracts, authorized operators, multisignature wallets, governance, or other processes described in documentation. Rebalancing may create trading costs, slippage, tax events, tracking differences, or losses.
  5. Redemption. Redemption may be unavailable, delayed, limited, suspended, or economically unfavorable during periods of volatility, low liquidity, network congestion, smart contract issues, oracle issues, governance pauses, emergency actions, legal restrictions, sanctions concerns, or third-party failures.
  6. Regulatory status. QIndex Tokens may be subject to securities, commodities, fund, derivatives, virtual asset, electronic money, financial promotion, or other laws in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  7. No guarantee. QINV does not guarantee that any QIndex Token will track any intended basket, maintain a stable relationship to NAV, remain liquid, remain tradable, remain available, or generate returns.
  8. Additional documents. Product-specific documentation, disclosure documents, subscription agreements, offering documents, risk disclosures, or jurisdiction-specific terms may impose additional requirements or restrictions.
