Your privacy, explained clearly
This Privacy Policy explains how QINV AI ON-CHAIN LLC ("QINV," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects Personal Information when you use QINV Onchain.
The short version
QINV Onchain is designed around data minimization and self-custody. Standard access generally does not require an account, and QINV will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Public blockchain activity is visible to anyone and cannot generally be changed or deleted by QINV.
Scope
This Policy applies to the QINV website, interfaces, applications, dashboards, documentation, APIs, smart-contract interaction tools, analytics, support channels, and other services that link to it (collectively, the "Services"). It does not govern public blockchains or third-party products that have their own privacy notices. For this Policy, "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household. It does not include deidentified or aggregated information where applicable law treats that information as non-personal.
1. Information we collect
The information we process depends on how you use the Services. Standard protocol access generally does not require you to provide a name, email address, phone number, username, password, government ID, private key, or seed phrase.

Sources of information
We may obtain information directly from you; automatically through your browser, device, or use of the Services; from public blockchains and block explorers; and from service providers such as wallet-connectivity, hosting, security, analytics, customer-support, and compliance providers.
2. Public blockchain data
Public blockchains are decentralized records that QINV does not own or control. When you connect a Wallet or submit a transaction, your public wallet address and transaction details may be permanently recorded on a blockchain and visible to anyone. Other parties may combine this public information with information from elsewhere and attempt to identify wallet owners.
Important limitation
QINV cannot delete, correct, reverse, obscure, or make private information recorded on a public blockchain. A privacy request sent to QINV can apply only to Personal Information within QINV's control. Disconnecting a Wallet from an interface does not erase prior blockchain activity.
3. How we use information
• Provide and operate the Services, including wallet connectivity, dashboards, portfolio information, analytics, and smart-contract interaction tools. • Authenticate requests, remember preferences, maintain sessions, and provide customer support. • Monitor availability, troubleshoot errors, analyze performance, and develop or improve features. • Protect the Services, users, and third parties; detect fraud, sanctions exposure, malicious activity, security incidents, and violations of our terms. • Comply with applicable laws, court orders, regulatory requests, recordkeeping duties, and lawful investigations. • Communicate service, security, legal, or policy updates and, with any consent required by law, marketing communications. • Create aggregated or deidentified insights that we may use for research, analytics, and business operations, subject to applicable law. Where law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, and consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies. These technologies may be strictly necessary to operate and secure the Services, remember your preferences, understand usage, diagnose problems, and measure performance. Where required, we will ask for consent before using non-essential technologies and provide a way to change your choices. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but some features may not work correctly. Because browser-based "Do Not Track" signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry, the Services may not respond to them. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal as required.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose Personal Information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy: • Service providers and contractors that support hosting, cloud infrastructure, wallet connectivity, APIs, analytics, communications, customer support, security, fraud prevention, and compliance. • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financial institutions when needed for legitimate business, legal, accounting, insurance, or risk-management purposes. • Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the Services. • A buyer, investor, lender, affiliate, or successor in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards. • Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or when you intentionally use an integration that requires disclosure. Public blockchain activity is disclosed by the nature of blockchain technology, not because QINV makes it private and then publishes it.
Sale and targeted advertising
As of the effective date of this Policy, QINV does not sell Personal Information for money and does not share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice and choice required by law.
6. Third-party services
The Services may connect to or rely on third-party wallets, blockchains, bridges, decentralized exchanges, liquidity sources, oracles, indexers, RPC providers, analytics tools, payment or identity providers, social channels, and websites. These third parties determine their own privacy practices, and their policies govern information they collect directly. Review their notices before using them. QINV is not responsible for a third party's privacy, security, availability, or conduct.
7. Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the Services, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or reporting duties. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the context in which it was collected, legal requirements, and operational need. When Personal Information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten. Public blockchain data may remain permanently and is outside QINV's control.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Protect your Wallet
QINV will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for protecting your Wallet, devices, signing permissions, recovery information, and transaction approvals. Verify website URLs, contract addresses, token approvals, and transaction details before signing.
9. International data transfers
QINV is based in the United States, and our service providers may operate in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to: • Know whether we process your Personal Information and request access to it. • Correct inaccurate Personal Information. • Request deletion of Personal Information controlled by QINV. • Request restriction of or object to certain processing. • Receive certain Personal Information in a portable format. • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. • Opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, profiling, or marketing where applicable. • Appeal a refusal to act on a request where applicable and lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator.
How to make a request
Email contact@qinv.io with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe your request and jurisdiction. To protect users, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will not request a private key or seed phrase. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification with you. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies, including when we cannot verify the request, must retain information by law, or do not control the relevant public blockchain record. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
11. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children or to anyone below the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and QINV does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information directly to QINV, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Public blockchain records remain outside QINV's control.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Services, technology, legal requirements, or our practices. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law or reasonably appropriate. Please review this Policy periodically.
